Join Hilti as the Head of P2P Hub & Transformation and lead the end-to-end operational excellence of our global Procure-to-Pay ecosystem. In this strategic leadership role, you'll drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize financial processes, and spearhead digital transformation across Hilti's worldwide operations. You'll be accountable for enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and implementing innovative solutions that align with our corporate goals while ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- End-to-end operational leadership of global P2P processes, including procure-to-pay, invoice processing, and vendor management
- Strategic transformation initiatives to optimize financial operations and drive digital innovation
- Performance management and continuous improvement of P2P hub activities across global markets
- Development and implementation of robust financial controls, compliance frameworks, and risk mitigation strategies
- Stakeholder collaboration with Finance, IT, and Procurement teams to align P2P strategies with business objectives
- Team leadership, talent development, and fostering a culture of operational excellence
- Analysis of KPIs and financial metrics to identify opportunities for process enhancement and cost reduction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or professional certifications (CMA, CPA) preferred
- Minimum 10+ years in P2P operations, with 5+ years in leadership roles managing global teams
- Proven experience in end-to-end process transformation and digital implementation projects
- Deep expertise in ERP systems (SAP FICO/MM) and procurement technologies
- Strong strategic planning, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making experience
- Fluency in English with cross-cultural leadership experience in multinational environments
