You will spearhead talent acquisition, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives across Kuching and beyond. Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning initiatives
  • Drive organizational development programs and culture transformation
  • Oversee employee relations, engagement, and performance management systems
  • Design and optimize compensation, benefits, and reward structures
  • Lead HR operations including payroll, compliance, and HRIS management
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
  • Provide strategic HR counsel to senior leadership team

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
  • 12+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record scaling HR functions in high-growth environments
  • Deep expertise in Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance
  • Strong experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision making
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Certified HR Professional (SHRM-SCP/SPHR) or equivalent preferred
  • Strategic mindset with ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives
