Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning initiatives
- Drive organizational development programs and culture transformation
- Oversee employee relations, engagement, and performance management systems
- Design and optimize compensation, benefits, and reward structures
- Lead HR operations including payroll, compliance, and HRIS management
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization
- Provide strategic HR counsel to senior leadership team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
- 12+ years progressive HR experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling HR functions in high-growth environments
- Deep expertise in Malaysian labor laws and HR compliance
- Strong experience with HR analytics and data-driven decision making
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Certified HR Professional (SHRM-SCP/SPHR) or equivalent preferred
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate business goals into HR initiatives
