As the Head of People & Culture, you will move beyond traditional HR administration to become a true architect of our workplace experience. You will work directly with our management team to define our organizational culture, scale our operations through high-impact talent acquisition, and implement performance management systems that drive real growth. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute HR strategies that align with company goals and organizational growth.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, vet, and onboard top-tier talent.
- Design and implement structured performance management, professional development, and appraisal programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects our brand identity.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor laws and internal workplace regulations.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and internal communications to maintain high engagement.
- Optimize payroll processes and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and employee satisfaction.
- Analyze HR metrics to provide actionable insights to management for improved decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan).
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership, and startup-like environment.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English, with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
