Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive People strategies aligned with the company's GUIDE values.
- Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and employer branding to attract top-tier industry talent.
- Implement and refine performance management systems that foster accountability and high-performance outcomes.
- Champion leadership development programs to mentor and grow our internal management teams.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensuring a world-class employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.
- Utilize HR analytics to identify trends, optimize internal processes, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Cultivate a culture of transparency, inclusion, and excellence through proactive internal communications and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and regulations within Malaysia.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in high-growth environments.
- Proven track record of building and scaling People Operations functions from the ground up.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian labor laws and employment best practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a strategic, long-term mindset.
- Demonstrated experience in fostering corporate culture and organizational values.
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS platforms and modern workplace productivity tools.
