Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead and mentor a high-performing procurement team through performance management and professional development
- Source, negotiate, and manage contracts with key suppliers across multiple categories
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize supply chain efficiency
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to align procurement with business objectives
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for strategic sourcing improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of procurement experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in managing procurement operations and driving cost reductions
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in complex contract management
- Expertise in procurement software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Deep understanding of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in Mandarin is advantageous
