Elitez Group is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Procurement Sourcing Unit to lead our procurement operations and drive sourcing excellence. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement end-to-end procurement strategies that optimize cost efficiency while ensuring supply chain resilience. You'll lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives, negotiate high-value contracts, and build strategic partnerships with global suppliers to maintain competitive advantages.
The ideal candidate will transform procurement from a transactional function to a strategic business driver, leveraging data analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks. You'll mentor a high-performing sourcing team, establish procurement KPIs, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical sourcing standards. - Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives for key commodities and services
- Negotiate complex contracts with global suppliers to optimize terms and value
- Build and manage strategic supplier relationships for long-term partnerships
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-reduction opportunities
- Oversee procurement budget management and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and develop high-performing sourcing teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management
- Expertise in contract negotiation and commercial agreements
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or transportation sector
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
