Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for raw materials (paper, packaging) and critical supplies
- Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimization initiatives
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations ensuring seamless export logistics
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with global suppliers and vendors
- Implement procurement systems ensuring compliance with quality and sustainability standards
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to align sourcing with export demands
- Analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities across the procurement cycle
- Manage procurement budget and KPIs to drive operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8+ years in procurement/sourcing with 3+ years in leadership role
- Proven expertise in raw material sourcing for manufacturing/export operations
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract management and supplier development
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain management and international export logistics
- Proficiency in procurement software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and data analytics
- Strategic thinking with ability to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
