Eraya is seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Product Management to lead our product strategy and drive business growth. In this pivotal General Manager role, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle, with a specific focus on demand planning, tactical promotions, and selling forecasts. You will play a critical role in managing Product Gross Profit to maximize return on investment and ensuring our product offerings align with market demands.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate complex market data into actionable business strategies. You will lead a high-performing team, collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance, and drive initiatives that enhance our competitive edge in the retail landscape.
Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the overall product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company business goals.
- Lead demand planning processes, including tactical promotions and selling forecasts, to optimize inventory levels and sales performance.
- Manage Product Gross Profit to ensure maximum return on investment and profitability.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to ensure cohesive product execution.
- Oversee product lifecycle management, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Management, General Management, or Retail Management.
- Proven track record in demand planning, tactical promotion management, and profit maximization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian retail market and consumer electronics industry is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian.
