- Strategic leadership of all production operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards
- Implementation and maintenance of GMP compliance frameworks across manufacturing processes

- Continuous improvement initiatives focusing on productivity enhancement and cost reduction
- Management of production teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Coordination with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain departments

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8-10 years in manufacturing leadership with 3+ years in senior management
- Deep expertise in GMP standards and regulatory compliance requirements
- Proven track record of optimizing production efficiency and reducing operational costs
- Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI development and performance metrics
