Pratama Tunggal Mandiri is a fast-growing manufacturing company committed to excellence in production and quality. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to fill the role of Head of Production / Assistant Head of Production. This position is based in our facility located in Balong Bendo, Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur.
In this critical role, you will take full ownership of the production floor. You will lead, motivate, and manage a team of production staff to ensure targets are met efficiently. A significant aspect of the role involves the management and maintenance of production machinery and facilities. You will be the driving force behind operational excellence, ensuring that plant equipment is running optimally, production schedules are adhered to, and quality standards are strictly maintained.
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in optimizing production workflows, implementing cost-saving initiatives, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with other departments to align production goals with overall business objectives. Reporting directly to the Factory Manager, this role offers significant autonomy and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the company's operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Manage, maintain, and coordinate the repair of all production machinery and facilities to ensure maximum uptime.
- Develop and implement efficient production schedules and optimize workflow processes.
- Ensure product quality meets company standards and customer specifications.
- Monitor production costs and implement effective cost-control measures.
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training to enhance team skills.
- Prepare detailed production reports and present key metrics to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a production supervisory or managerial role.
- Demonstrated technical expertise in production machinery maintenance and facility management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, mentor, and develop a team.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Teknik, Mechanical, Industrial) is highly preferred.
- Willing to be placed in Balong Bendo, Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur.
