Join Predmet Construction Bali as Head of Production for our dynamic furniture manufacturing facility. We seek an experienced leader to oversee all production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery of premium furniture products. This pivotal role requires strategic thinking to optimize production processes while managing cross-functional teams and maintaining strict cost controls. You'll implement lean manufacturing principles, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. As a key decision-maker, you'll collaborate with design, procurement, and logistics teams to align production goals with business objectives. Fluency in English is essential for coordinating with international suppliers and clients while managing a diverse workforce. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end production operations including scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource allocation
- Lead and develop production teams through coaching, performance management, and skill development
- Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure product excellence and compliance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- Manage production budgets, cost control, and inventory optimization
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics for raw material sourcing and supply chain efficiency
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental standards, and regulatory compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in cabinet furniture production with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record in production management, quality control, and process optimization
- Strong command of English (written and spoken) for international collaboration
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, production planning software, and KPI monitoring
- Experience managing diverse teams and fostering a safety-first culture
- Knowledge of furniture manufacturing techniques, materials, and industry standards
