Tanggung Jawab
- Lead strategic planning and execution of non-store construction, renovation, and maintenance projects
- Manage multidisciplinary teams including contractors, engineers, and vendors
- Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize asset performance
- Monitor project budgets and financial controls
- Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in project/construction management
- Proven track record leading high-performing teams in construction environments
- Strong expertise in project lifecycle management and vendor relations
- Certification in PMP or equivalent project management qualification
- Advanced knowledge of Indonesian construction regulations and safety standards
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
