Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end project execution for medium/low voltage electrical systems and UPS installations
- Develop and implement service optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget
- Establish quality control protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in service delivery methodologies
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project/service management for electrical systems
- Proven expertise in medium/low voltage and UPS technologies
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
- Deep understanding of Indonesian electrical safety regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
