Gembira Houseware is seeking a results-oriented Head of Promotion to lead our promotional strategies in Kota Gorontalo. In this role, you will be the creative force behind our market presence, crafting campaigns that resonate with our target audience and elevate our houseware products to the next level.
As the Head of Promotion, you will oversee end-to-end promotional cycles, from conceptualization to execution. You will work closely with the sales and retail teams to ensure our brand remains top-of-mind in a competitive market. We are looking for an innovative thinker who understands local consumer behavior and can leverage both digital and traditional marketing channels effectively.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive promotional calendars to drive sales and enhance brand awareness.
- Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring high ROI across all promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling advertising materials and point-of-sale displays.
- Coordinate with retail outlets to ensure promotional materials are displayed effectively and aligned with regional objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable reports to senior management.
- Develop and nurture relationships with local partners and influencers to expand brand reach.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or retail promotions.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian consumer market, particularly in the houseware sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Resilient, self-motivated, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
