You'll oversee end-to-end procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The position demands a proactive approach to market analysis, risk mitigation, and process innovation to maintain competitive advantage. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to forecast demand, manage inventory levels, and implement sustainable procurement practices. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and enforce company procurement policies, procedures, and best practices
- Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and vendor relationship management
- Analyze market trends and negotiate favorable contracts with suppliers
- Manage procurement budget and ensure cost optimization across all categories
- Oversee end-to-end procurement processes from requisition to payment
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Implement sustainable and ethical sourcing practices
- Monitor supplier performance and KPIs for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of procurement experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and vendor management
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to secure favorable terms
- Expertise in procurement software and ERP systems
- Knowledge of Indonesian procurement regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
