- Develop and execute comprehensive retail strategies to achieve sales targets, enhance profitability, and expand market share across all retail channels.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing retail team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
- Oversee all aspects of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, visual display, store layout, and customer service standards.
- Drive initiatives to elevate the customer experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty across all retail touchpoints within our healthcare facilities.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities and refine existing strategies, particularly within the health and wellness retail segment.
- Manage budgets, P&L statements, and operational costs to ensure financial objectives are met while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety regulations, company policies, and operational best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, procurement, and other departments to ensure seamless retail execution and brand consistency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in retail management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., Head of Retail, Retail Manager, Regional Manager).
- Proven track record of driving significant sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing customer satisfaction in a multi-store environment.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and empower a large and diverse team.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities, including experience with retail analytics and P&L management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with modern retail technology, POS systems, and advanced inventory management software.
- Experience within the healthcare, pharmacy, or wellness retail sector is a distinct advantage.
