Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- 8+ years in luxury retail with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in showroom operations and team management
- Expertise in customer experience optimization strategies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with CRM and retail management systems
- Knowledge of bullion/precious metals industry preferred
