PT MARS BUMI INDONESIA is seeking a strategic and data-driven Head of Revenue Operations and Enablement to spearhead our commercial infrastructure. In this pivotal leadership role, you will act as the architect of our sales engine, streamlining processes, optimizing our technology stack, and fostering a culture of high performance.
The successful candidate will be the bridge between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring end-to-end alignment from lead generation to renewal. You will have full ownership of our CRM strategy, forecasting accuracy, and enablement programs that empower our teams to perform at their best. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and maintain the end-to-end revenue operations strategy to drive scalability and efficiency.
- Oversee the administration and optimization of the CRM and the entire integrated sales technology stack.
- Develop and manage accurate sales forecasting models and reporting dashboards for executive leadership.
- Lead enablement initiatives, including sales training, onboarding programs, and the creation of high-impact sales collateral.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven improvements to the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership (Marketing, CS, and Finance) to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.
- Establish standard operating procedures for deal management, pricing, and contract lifecycle management.
Kualifikasi
- 6+ years of proven experience in B2B Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Enablement roles.
- Strong technical proficiency with major CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and BI tools.
- Expertise in building and maintaining scalable sales processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable insights.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of designing effective sales training and enablement programs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
