Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive 40%+ YoY revenue growth in enterprise ERP solutions
- Lead, mentor, and scale a 15+ member sales team across Jakarta and key Indonesian markets
- Build executive-level relationships with C-suite decision makers in manufacturing, retail, and logistics sectors
- Design and implement data-driven sales methodologies including CRM optimization and pipeline forecasting
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to position ERP solutions against competitors like SAP and Oracle
- Drive market penetration through strategic partnerships and channel development initiatives
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and refine sales processes
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience with 5+ years in leadership roles, preferably in ERP/enterprise software
- Proven track record of scaling B2B SaaS sales with minimum $5M ARR growth
- Expertise in ERP implementation cycles, stakeholder mapping, and complex deal structuring
- Strong network of C-level relationships in Indonesian enterprise and mid-market segments
- Strategic thinker with experience developing go-to-market strategies for IT solutions
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales analytics tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
