- Develop and execute high-level sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance brand awareness.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team to ensure operational excellence.
- Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and product development, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, and content creation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership roles.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies in the hospitality, retail, or F&B industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is highly preferred.
