Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales recruitment strategies to meet aggressive business targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters and sourcers specializing in the insurance sector.
- Design and implement robust employer branding initiatives to attract top insurance talent.
- Build and maintain a vast network of industry contacts and passive candidates within the insurance market.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring quality hires and reducing time-to-fill.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to optimize sourcing channels and strategies.
- Collaborate with department heads to define hiring needs and competency models for sales roles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for high-volume sales and insurance positions.
- In-depth knowledge of the Philippine insurance industry and sales recruitment landscape.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
