Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence and finance transformation? IWG is seeking a high-caliber Head of Service Design and Process Governance to architect and oversee end-to-end finance service models within our dynamic, global operating environment.
In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between strategic objectives and operational execution. You will lead the design of streamlined, scalable finance processes, ensuring that global governance frameworks are not only robust but also foster agility and compliance. We are looking for a visionary who can navigate complexity, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and implement standardized methodologies that enhance performance across our global footprint.
You will champion continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring that our service architecture supports IWG's growth ambitions while maintaining the highest standards of financial integrity and operational efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and maintain end-to-end finance service delivery models that are scalable and globally consistent.
- Establish and enforce robust process governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with global policies and internal controls.
- Identify and implement process optimization opportunities to increase operational efficiency and reduce cost-to-serve.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline financial reporting and service delivery workflows.
- Act as the primary point of contact for service design strategy, collaborating with regional and global leadership teams.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess the health and efficiency of finance processes, driving data-informed improvements.
- Oversee the documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence across the global finance organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CIMA, Six Sigma Black Belt) is highly preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in finance transformation, service design, or process governance within a large, multi-national corporation.
- Proven track record of successfully leading complex global projects and managing change across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and their integration with service design architectures.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
- Strong background in risk management, compliance, and internal control frameworks (SOX, IFRS).
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced global business environment.
