Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive strategic sourcing strategies for all direct and indirect materials and services within the Retail & Consumer Products industry.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sourcing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Drive aggressive cost reduction initiatives without compromising quality, ethical standards, or supply continuity.
- Negotiate and manage high-value contracts with key suppliers, ensuring optimal terms, service level agreements, and compliance.
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers globally and domestically to enhance competitiveness and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Implement robust supplier relationship management programs to build strong, collaborative, and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, raw material prices, and industry developments to inform sourcing decisions and identify new opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical sourcing standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in sourcing and procurement, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership or Head of Sourcing role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives within the Retail & Consumer Products sector.
- Exceptional negotiation, contract management, and vendor relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proven experience in cost modeling, spend analysis, and data-driven decision making.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Experience with procurement technologies and ERP systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa).
