Join Agrinesia as a Head of Store and lead our retail operations in the heart of Central Jakarta. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead all store operations including staff management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed revenue targets and KPIs
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalated issues
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions
- Manage store budgets, payroll, and operational expenses
- Train and mentor store staff to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Maintain compliance with company policies and retail regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years retail experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing P&L
- Strong analytical skills with experience in retail data interpretation
- Excellent communication and team development capabilities
- Proficiency in retail management systems (ERP, POS)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
