We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Structure to lead our construction division in Tampines. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of all structural engineering activities on-site. Your primary focus will be ensuring that all construction works are completed with the highest standards of quality and, most importantly, safety. You will manage a dynamic team of engineers and supervisors, coordinate with external stakeholders, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of structural engineering projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards (WSH) on-site.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of structural engineers and construction staff.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure structural integrity and quality control.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and government authorities to ensure project alignment.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for complex structural challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
- PME (Professional Member of Engineers Singapore) accreditation is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong command of local construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects successfully.
- Valid driving license is required.
