Join Artisan Kuliner Group as Head of Supply Chain and lead transformative logistics operations for our premium culinary brand. This strategic role requires you to architect and implement end-to-end supply chain solutions that optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure seamless product flow from suppliers to consumers. You'll spearhead initiatives in vendor management, inventory optimization, and demand forecasting while aligning supply chain strategies with our ambitious business growth objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead vendor management and negotiation processes to optimize procurement costs
- Oversee inventory control systems to minimize waste and maximize turnover
- Implement demand forecasting models to ensure optimal stock levels
- Manage logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean methodologies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and sustainability standards
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve supply chain KPIs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 8 years in supply chain management with 3+ years in leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in FMCG or food manufacturing industry
- Expertise in inventory management and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Certifications in SCOR, Six Sigma, or CSCP preferred
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
