Join PT Savir Kemilau Indonesia as our Head of Supply Chain and lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management from raw materials to final customer delivery. This pivotal role requires strategic oversight of supply chain operations to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure seamless logistics within the dynamic beauty and retail sectors. You'll drive innovation in procurement, inventory control, and distribution while maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives for beauty/retail products
- Oversee end-to-end operations including procurement, production planning, inventory management, and distribution
- Optimize logistics networks to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency across all channels
- Implement technology solutions and process improvements for supply chain visibility and performance
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with suppliers of raw materials and packaging
- Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns
- Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of supply chain management experience in beauty, FMCG, or retail industries
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end supply chain operations with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in procurement, inventory optimization, and logistics network design
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and drive decisions
- Experience implementing ERP systems and supply chain technology solutions
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; familiarity with regional markets
