This pivotal role requires you to orchestrate seamless HR, General Administration, Legal, and Estate Operations to drive organizational excellence. You will develop and implement robust SOPs, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster cross-functional collaboration to maintain operational continuity. Your strategic vision will optimize resource allocation, mitigate risks, and enhance service delivery across all support functions. This is a leadership position where you'll shape the foundation of our property operations while contributing to sustainable business growth in Indonesia's thriving real estate market.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management
  • Oversee General Administration operations including facilities management and vendor coordination
  • Ensure legal compliance for property transactions, contracts, and regulatory requirements
  • Direct estate operations including property maintenance, security protocols, and tenant services
  • Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across support departments
  • Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to achieve operational efficiency and service excellence
  • Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation for support functions
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational workflows

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, Law, or related field; Master's preferred
  • Minimum 8 years experience in support functions with 3+ years in leadership role
  • Proven property/real estate industry experience required
  • Expert knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, property regulations, and compliance standards
  • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
