- Develop and implement comprehensive tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities
- Lead tax compliance processes and ensure adherence to local regulations
- Manage tax audits and maintain strong relationships with tax authorities
- Oversee tax reporting and documentation for all business units
- Provide tax advisory services to senior management on financial decisions
- Lead and develop the tax department team

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of tax experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Professional certification (CPA, CA, or Tax Specialist) required
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and reporting standards
- Proven experience in tax planning and compliance management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Advanced proficiency in tax software and MS Office
