Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive group tax strategies to optimize tax outcomes while ensuring full regulatory compliance
- Lead tax compliance processes including return preparation, filing, and management of tax audits
- Oversee tax planning initiatives across multi-entity operations to minimize liabilities
- Provide expert tax advisory services to senior leadership on business decisions
- Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on the organization
- Manage tax risk frameworks and internal controls
- Lead, mentor, and develop the tax team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or professional tax certification preferred
- Minimum 10 years tax experience with 5+ years in leadership role
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and international tax principles
- Proven track record in tax planning, compliance, and audit management
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency in tax software and ERP systems
