Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and scale cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality software products.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of robust technology infrastructure and system architecture.
- Manage the technical budget, vendor relationships, and resource allocation to optimize operational efficiency.
- Implement and maintain rigorous security standards, data privacy protocols, and compliance measures.
- Collaborate with product management and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, CI/CD excellence, and technical debt management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or Head of Tech).
- Deep technical expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP), microservices, and high-transaction backend systems.
- Proven track record of scaling engineering organizations and leading agile development teams.
- Strong understanding of data security, infrastructure stability, and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategy to non-technical executives.
- Experience in the Indonesian fintech or digital payments landscape is a significant advantage.
