Tanggung Jawab
- Define, articulate, and execute the overall technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with MNC Technology Nusantara's business objectives.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure products and solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of software engineers, IT professionals, and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
- Manage the company's IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, cybersecurity measures, and compliance.
- Champion digital transformation initiatives, identifying and implementing emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency and create new business opportunities.
- Effectively manage technology budgets, resources, and strategic vendor relationships to maximize value and achieve cost efficiencies.
- Establish and maintain robust technical standards, best practices, and architectural governance across all technology domains.
- Collaborate closely with product management, business stakeholders, and other departmental leaders to ensure technology solutions effectively meet market needs and drive business growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in software development and IT, with at least 5-7 years in a senior leadership or Head of Technology role.
- Proven track record of defining and successfully implementing complex technology strategies and digital transformation initiatives within a dynamic organization.
- Deep expertise in modern software architecture, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and agile development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure management, cybersecurity principles, data analytics, and enterprise architecture.
- Exceptional leadership, team-building, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate technical teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in managing significant technology budgets and strategic vendor partnerships.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into tangible technical solutions and foster a culture of innovation and problem-solving.
