Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the oversight of market risk exposures across a broad, multi‑asset portfolio.
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks and policies.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments and stress testing for trading activities.
- Collaborate with trading desks to ensure risk limits are strictly adhered to.
- Monitor and report on key risk indicators to senior management.
- Ensure full compliance with local and international regulatory standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of risk analysts and junior professionals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in trade risk management, market risk, or financial risk.
- Strong understanding of derivatives, options, and complex financial instruments.
- Professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, or PRM are highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk governance models.
