In this mission-critical role, you will oversee the stability, performance, and operational integrity of MT4/MT5 platforms. You will bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and business requirements, ensuring seamless trading experiences for thousands of active users. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end management of MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) server infrastructure.
- Ensure 99.99% platform availability and optimize latency for high-frequency trading environments.
- Coordinate with liquidity providers and IT teams to manage bridge configurations and execution settings.
- Supervise a team of platform administrators to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and client inquiries.
- Implement and monitor risk management settings within the trading platforms to align with company policies.
- Manage platform upgrades, plugin installations, and third-party integrations to enhance functional capabilities.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) for disaster recovery and business continuity.
- Perform regular system audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in FX/Trading platform management, specifically with MT4/MT5 Server administration.
- Deep understanding of FIX protocols, bridge technology, and liquidity integration.
- Strong background in server maintenance, database management (MS SQL/MySQL), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a calm approach to handling system outages and high-pressure trading scenarios.
- Proficiency in monitoring tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for task automation.
- Excellent command of English; professional fluency is a requirement for this role.
