Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all physiotherapy department operations including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs for diverse patient populations
- Oversee treatment planning using evidence-based practices and outcome measurements
- Mentor and develop physiotherapy staff through training, performance reviews, and professional development
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Collaborate with medical professionals to coordinate multidisciplinary patient care
- Manage departmental budget, inventory, and equipment maintenance
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress tracking systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
- Valid Malaysian physiotherapy license and current practicing certificate
- Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with 2+ years in leadership/management role
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for orthopedic, neurological, and sports injuries
- Proven experience in staff management, training, and performance evaluation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and healthcare teams
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
- Proficiency in electronic health records and physiotherapy documentation systems
