Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive sales experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in retail/consumer products sector
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- Experience managing multi-location sales teams and cross-functional projects
