Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff management, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance store performance
- Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain high service standards
- Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations
- Manage store budget, expenses, and inventory to maximize profitability
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Ability to analyze sales data and implement effective strategies
