Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise a team of technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial kitchen equipment
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with kitchen machinery and appliances
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical training and guidance to junior technicians
- Coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure timely service delivery
- Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards
- Prepare detailed reports on maintenance activities and equipment performance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a technician in commercial kitchen equipment
- Proven leadership experience in a technical or maintenance role
- Strong knowledge of various kitchen appliances and machinery
- Certification in relevant technical fields is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Jakarta area
