Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and optimize all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch processes
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics with procurement, transportation, and sales departments
- Implement warehouse safety protocols and compliance with company policies
- Monitor KPIs including inventory turnover, order fulfillment rates, and operational costs
- Develop and execute continuous improvement strategies for warehouse efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years warehouse management experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control methods
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and operational best practices
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Advanced analytical skills for process optimization and problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools
