Tanggung Jawab

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Utilize headhunting techniques to identify passive candidates on professional networks and social platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate fit, skills, and cultural alignment.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent for various industry verticals.
  • Manage end-to-end client coordination, providing regular updates on hiring progress and market insights.
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft compelling job descriptions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, specifically in headhunting or executive search.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and professional sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
  • Excellent time management skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Deep understanding of local labor laws and recruitment best practices in the Philippines.
