Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional and personalized advice on health, wellness, and beauty products to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting the right skincare, haircare, and healthcare solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Execute in-store promotional activities, product demonstrations, and sampling sessions to drive sales.
- Ensure the sales floor is well-merchandised, organized, and presented according to company standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS).
- Stay updated on the latest product launches and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM or Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Health Science, Pharmacy, or Beauty Therapy) is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or the beauty industry is a plus.
- Strong passion for health, beauty, and wellness products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets.
