Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional and empathetic customer service to all clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Offer accurate product advice and recommendations based on customers' health needs and preferences.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest health trends, product knowledge, and industry regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in a related field (Healthcare, Nursing, Pharmacy, or equivalent).
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or healthcare is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex health information clearly.
- Passion for health and wellness, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
