Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional health advice and product recommendations to customers based on their needs
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate healthcare, wellness, and beauty products
- Drive sales by promoting new products and achieving monthly targets
- Maintain accurate product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends
- Ensure high standards of store presentation and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product and health knowledge
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Nutrition, or related health field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail healthcare or customer service
- Proficiency in health product knowledge and wellness trends
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English
