In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers achieve their wellness goals through expert product knowledge and personalized advice. You will manage your own skincare zone, drive sales through upselling, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for every visitor. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional skincare, health, and beauty advice to customers.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and skin analyses.
- Organize and maintain product displays to ensure visual appeal.
- Process customer transactions efficiently at the point of sale.
- Build long-term relationships with regular customers.
- Stay updated on the latest product launches and trends.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or SPM holders with experience in retail/sales are preferred.
- Genuine passion for the beauty and health industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
- Willingness to undergo training.
