We are currently seeking a dedicated and empathetic individual to provide expert health advice, promote wellness products, and deliver exceptional customer service at our Tesco Extra Cheras outlet.
In this role, you will serve as the trusted health expert within the store, helping customers navigate their health needs and find the right solutions. You will play a crucial part in our mission to improve the health and well-being of the community through education, product recommendations, and personalized care. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional, accurate health advice and product recommendations to customers based on their specific needs and medical history.
- Assist customers in understanding the benefits of over-the-counter medications, supplements, and personal care products.
- Conduct health screenings and wellness checks where required to support customer health monitoring.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Watsons products, promotions, and loyalty programs to maximize sales opportunities.
- Educate customers on healthy lifestyle choices, nutrition, and preventive care.
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and stocked with relevant health and beauty products.
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Kualifikasi
- SPM/STPM or Diploma in Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related healthcare field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or retail sales within the healthcare or beauty industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex health concepts simply.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and provide a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for all shoppers.
- Basic computer literacy for operating the point-of-sale (POS) system and inventory management.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
