- Provide expert health consultations and personalized product recommendations
- Conduct health screenings and educate customers on wellness solutions
- Drive sales through product knowledge demonstrations and value-based selling
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate advice
- Manage inventory and ensure optimal product availability
- Stay updated on industry trends and new healthcare innovations
- Maintain accurate customer health records and follow-ups
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Pharmacy, Nursing, or related healthcare field
- Valid healthcare professional certification (e.g. BPharm) preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years in healthcare retail or clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge of OTC medications and wellness products
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy and POS system experience
- Passion for preventive healthcare and customer education
