Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert advice on health, wellness, and beauty products to customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Achieve sales targets and promote new products and promotions
- Manage inventory and ensure product availability on shelves
- Process transactions efficiently and maintain accurate records
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends
- Assist in visual merchandising to create an attractive shopping environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Strong knowledge of health, wellness, and beauty products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems
- Good grooming and presentation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
