Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their health and beauty needs, providing expert recommendations and product information.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by effectively promoting products, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all product categories, including skincare, cosmetics, vitamins, supplements, and healthcare essentials.
- Ensure optimal stock levels, accurate pricing, and exceptional visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
- Handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Assist with inventory management tasks such as receiving deliveries, stock rotation, and conducting regular cycle counts.
- Stay informed about industry trends and share valuable insights with the store team during briefings and training sessions.
- Adhere strictly to all operational procedures, company policies, and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Candidates must possess at least SPM / STPM or a Diploma in any field (a background in Pharmacy, Nutrition, or Beauty is highly valued).
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or service environment.
- Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an advantage to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
- Passionate about the health, beauty, and wellness industry with a willingness to learn continuously.
- Excellent listening skills, with a calm and friendly demeanor even during peak hours.
- Ability to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a true team player.
