In this role, you will be the face of our pharmacy department, providing professional advice to customers and helping them achieve their health goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert recommendations on health supplements, vitamins, and skincare products to customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing health-related inquiries with accuracy and empathy.
- Monitor stock levels, manage product displays, and ensure health aisles are well-organized.
- Support the pharmacist in daily operations and maintain strict adherence to company hygiene and safety standards.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using our point-of-sale systems.
- Actively promote Watsons loyalty programs and current monthly promotions to drive store sales.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; candidates with a background in Pharmacy, Nursing, or Science are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate health information clearly to customers.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in the health and wellness industry.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per retail requirements.
- Previous experience in retail, pharmacy, or customer service is a definite advantage.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of other local dialects is a plus.
