Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized health consultations and product recommendations to customers
- Conduct health screenings and monitor vital signs for wellness assessments
- Develop tailored wellness plans based on individual customer needs and goals
- Stay current with pharmaceutical and OTC product knowledge through continuous training
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive customer care
- Manage inventory of health products and maintain accurate patient records
- Participate in community health awareness initiatives and promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Nutrition, or related healthcare field
- Valid practicing license (if applicable to role requirements)
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in retail healthcare or customer-facing healthcare role
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex health concepts simply
- Strong product knowledge of pharmaceuticals, vitamins, and wellness products
- Certification in CPR or basic first aid (preferred)
- Proficiency in digital health tools and inventory management systems
